Most of our eating is at home with meals and snacks I’ve created, and our occasional eating out is usually pizza from a local pizza joint. (We LOVE pizza in our home!) Cooking at home is our preference due to allergies and sensitivities, but also because I live with fibromyalgia and chronic pain. (Translation: sensitive stomach and chronic inflammation.)

But just because we have to be more mindful of what we eat doesn’t mean we break the bank with outrageous or expensive ingredients. It also doesn’t mean we use elaborate or hard to make recipes. With each recipe I create from scratch or find online, I use easy to find and affordable ingredients.
